whatley manor is simply beautiful. we loved the comfortable classic double room and the lovely spa facilities. the location is great, and we enjoyed the tasty meal in greys, even if the menu was a bit limited. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
service at the bar was a bit slow.

easy access to malmesbury's parks and historic landmarks
during my recent stay, I was thrilled to discover beautiful Malmesbury Abbey just a short walk away, and the scenic Abbey House Gardens provided a lovely backdrop for my city strolls, making it easy to soak up the charm of the area.

Had an amazing time with friends! The grounds were gorgeous, and we enjoyed the super spa. We explored local culture and tried a unique shooting experience, which was a blast! Definitely worth it, just be ready for an early wake-up from maintenance outside.
The only downside was being woken up early at 7:30 by maintenance of a water feature outside my room, which was a bit annoying during a relaxing getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the relaxing spa treatments and the beautiful indoor swimming pool. The amenities were great for unwinding after a long day, but breakfast service could have been a bit quicker. it was a lovely getaway! 😊

The stay was quite pleasant with a beautiful setting and very attentive staff. The spa facilities were fantastic, though the hydro pool water could have been warmer. Our room was spacious and well-decorated, making it a lovely retreat, but the 10% service charge on our bill, including room rate, took us by surprise and felt a bit unreasonable. it was a nice experience, but I wish the billing process was clearer.

Lovely atmosphere but pricey
Had a fab time at this beautiful spot! The dining room was spacious and comfy. The service was super friendly. Enjoyed drinks by the roaring fire in the lounge. Just wish the food prices weren’t so high, but it felt worth it for a special occasion. Definitely a classy vibe all around.

It was just a fine choice for getting around the area in Malmesbury with value for the price. The reception staff were helpful and made check-in smooth. Consider asking about the details on the wine menu for better options.

The room overlooking the gardens was delightful, and the breakfast offered a superb selection of individually prepared items alongside a quality hot breakfast. the experience at reception fell short of expectations. staff appeared poorly trained and lacking professionalism, which overshadowed the stay. the noise from late-night guests disrupted sleep, contrasting sharply with the otherwise tranquil atmosphere.
